According to West Whiteland Township police, 51-year-old Tracey Worley and 45-year-old Rashea Hammond, both of Philadelphia, were charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking, Theft by Deception, Receiving Stolen Property, Identity Theft, Access Device Fraud and Forgery on April 9, 2018. The charges were filed after an alleged theft of a wallet from a victim at the Whole Foods store. Both women were arrested at the nearby Target store after an employee reported two suspicious persons in the store. Worley and Hammond were arraigned by Judge John Bailey and were remanded to Chester County Prison after failing to post their $50,000 cash bail. Each woman also had an arrest warrant from another jurisdiction. The Uwchlan Township Police Department assisted during the investigation.
