According to Tredyffrin Township Police, earlier this month while on patrol on Route 202, officers observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. Those officers initiated a traffic stop. Upon contact with the occupants of that vehicle, officers detected the smell of marijuana was detected, so they searched the vehicle and its occupants. Police say they found marijuana in addition to several stolen credit cards and identifications with different names and states on them, U.S. currency, unopened cell phone packages, an ID scanner, and other items commonly used in the Felony Lane Gang thefts.  All five of the occupants were taken into custody and charged. They include 23-year-old Alba Suazo Ruiz, of Lithonia, GA, who was charged with Identity Theft, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia; 19-year-old Emily Torres of  Marietta, GA, who was charged with Identity Theft, Tampering with Records/ID Writing, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia; 22-year-old Chynna Prince of Brooklyn, NY, who was charged with Identity Theft, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia; 22-year-old Rakeen Gray of Brooklyn, NY, who was charged with Unsworn Falsification to Authorities, False ID to Law Enforcement, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia; and 24-year-old Cain Tolbert, of Brooklyn, NY, who was charged with Identity Theft, Tampering with Records/ID Writing, False ID to Law Enforcement, Unsworn Falsification to Authorities, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia and Access Device Fraud. Chester County Constables transported the individuals to Chester County Prison for arraignment.
