PennDOT announced Thursday that nighttime lane restrictions are scheduled next week on several state highways for resurfacing operations, as part of a $2 million project to repair and resurface 13 miles of state highway in Chester County. The work schedule is Sunday, June 18, and Monday, June 19, from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., with lane restrictions scheduled on Marshall Street, Goshen Road and Phoenixville Pike between North High Street and Saunders Lane in West Chester Borough and West Goshen Township, for paving. On Wednesday, June 21, from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., lane restrictions are scheduled on North Wayne Avenue, Upper Gulph Road and Radnor Road in Tredyffrin Township, for milling. On Thursday, June 22, from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., lane restrictions are scheduled on Coldstream Road between Hares Hill Road and Kimberton Road in East Pikeland Township, for milling. On Thursday, June 22, from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., lane restrictions are scheduled on Flowing Springs Road and Hollow Road between Hollow Road and St. Matthews Road in West Vincent Township, for resurfacing operations. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work zones because slowdowns will occur.
