MISSION: NUTRITION
TUESDAYS 4-4:30 pm

“Mission: Nutrition" is a weekly radio show that focuses on health and wellness from a clinical nutrition perspective.
Hosted by Terri H Ritchie, MS, CCN, the program discusses the use of diet and therapeutic supplementation for the resolution of many health issues where nutritional deficiencies or pathways may be involved. This involves a functional medicine approach to wellness, which deals with primary prevention and underlying causes, instead of simply dealing with symptoms.
During the program Terri discusses common underlying pathways and how they interact to produce disease and dysfunction, and how they can be resolved with nutritional solutions. Since no one method of health care can provide complete wellbeing, she will also have expert practitioners from other disciplines to share their expertise: medical doctors, chiropractic physicians, exercise experts, and more.

Listeners are encouraged to call in, ask questions and to become an active participant in this lively discussion!
