Chester County Commissioner Kathi Cozzone was elected this week to serve as President of the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania for 2019. The announcement of the election results was made this week at CCAP’s 132nd annual conference in Adams County, PA. Commissioner Cozzone is currently First Vice President of the organization and she will begin the transition to President later this year before the official start of her term on January 1, 2019. During the CCAP annual conference, Chester County Commissioner Terence Farrell was re-elected as CCAP District 5 representative. CCAP is the voice of county government, a statewide nonprofit, nonpartisan association representing all 67 counties in Pennsylvania. The organization’s members include county commissioners, council members, county executives, administrators, chief clerks and solicitors.
